Food waste identified as the leading in management. It is also a grave issue frequently being discussed not only Malaysia but on global basis. Therefore, it essential to construct proper food management strategies prevent harmful effects economy. The main objective identify approaches handling hotel industry. This study solely relies secondary data such journal articles, books, newspaper and electronic databases. In this study, review focuses hospitality researchers used Google search engine online databases collect data.
